Spanish speaker Career Nanny needed for two children: 2-year-old girl and Newborn baby.

Wonderful young family in Brookland, NE. DC looking for a reliable and experienced Nanny with a child development educational background. The ideal candidate would be someone engaging, creative, organized, a good communicator, who is reliable and likes to engage with children and apply Montessori principles when possible. The family is looking for a long-term relationship with the nanny who is COVID conscious and self-motivated, who can work with parents to have a consistent routine and approach with their children. This family will work well with an experienced nanny who is respectful and professional and understands boundaries in the household.

All Candidates must own reliable transportation and be familiar with the area. Parents are looking for a nanny that can focus on age-appropriate educational activities, spend time outside and be active and fun. The Nanny should be comfortable with one of the Parents working from home temporarily.

Schedule: 
Full-Time
M-F 9AM- 5 PM
40 hours guaranteed


Compensation and Benefits:
⦁ $30 hour
⦁ 40 Guaranteed hours
⦁ Overtime Pay
⦁ Minimum of 2 weeks Paid vacation
⦁ 5 days Sick leave
⦁ $125 Monthly Health Insurance stipend

Requirements: 
⦁ 5 + years of experience as nanny
⦁ CPR and first aid certified
⦁ Be up to date on COVID-19 immunization
⦁ Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
⦁ Reliable Transportation 
⦁ At least 3 excellent references
⦁ Authorized to work in the U.S
⦁ Candidates must be open to paid trial days with the family prior to hiring.
