House Manager/Family Assistant Position: Bethesda, MD.

Busy working parents are looking for an extraordinary Household Manager/family assistant to help their family thrive. The ideal candidate would be a good planner, with attention to detail, organized, and assertive. Someone who loves to help others and takes initiative. We are looking for someone who is a problem solver and can take on various tasks that will improve the family’s day to day routine. The children are 7,11, and 14 and are independent and self-sufficient. The candidate will be responsible for school and activities drop-offs and pick-ups.

 

Parents are looking for a professional candidate who enjoys wearing multiple hats and who have the drive to evolve in their role as mom hopes to partner with her Assistant for years to come. Pitching in with various assisting tasks in a bustling household dynamic, such as meal prep, organization, calendar management, and more will be greatly appreciated! Schedule: 

Part-Time 

M-F 2-6 PM.

IDEAL START: As soon as they find the right fit.

 

Benefits and Compensation:

  • $35 per hour (Negotiable depending on Experience)
  • 20 Hours guaranteed per week

Requirements: 

  • 5 + of experience as personal assistant or house manager
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proficient in calendar/task management
  • Reliable Transportation 
  • At least 3 excellent references
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
  • Candidates must be open to paid trial days with the family prior to hiring.
