We work one-one with our clients and candidates to provide a concierge experience where both parties are guided every step of the placement process.
All of our candidates are CPR and First Aid certified and must have at least 3-5 years of professional paid experience for the role. We love assisting modern busy families with household managers, nannies, family assistants, newborn care specialists and more.
Each candidate must also go through our rigorous background check

- Verification of Social Security Number as well as another form of legal identification
- CPR and First Aid Certification verification

Full-time placement:
- $500 non-refundable Launch search fee
- 18% of the candidate’s total annual compensation.

Part-time placement:
- $500 non-refundable Launch fee
- Agency fee: 20% of the candidate's total annual compensation.
- 30 day replacement policy applies
- One year Babysitting membership included for back-up care and date night options
Temporary placement: ( Less than 6 month assignment)
- $500 non-refundable Launch fee
- $3500 Agency flat fee due at the time of hiring
- 30 Day replacement applies
