CONSULTATION CALL

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

After the consultation, client will sign the agency agreement and submit payment for the search launch fee.
CANDIDATE INTRODUCTION

HIRING DECISION

The client reviews and evaluates the candidates, with support from District Sitter, to make an informed hiring decision. Feedback and follow-up are provided to ensure the chosen candidate is the best fit and a starting date is set.
CONTRACT AND PAYMENT
